SUMMARY

This position helps to maintain clean, safe, sanitary, comfortable and satisfying surroundings for the residents and their families. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans residentapartment homes – including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping,waxing, disinfecting, washing windows, etc.
• Empties trash,waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area.
• May assist carestaff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, andcommon spaces.
• Reports neededrepairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Previous experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
